TERMS OF SERVICE

❥ Payment:
- only through Paypal
- 100% payment before I start working❥ Refunds:
- Comm not started: 100% refund
- Sketch started: 60% refund
- Art finished: no refund❥ Additional Fee:
- Rushing fee: I don't take any rush fees as of right now due to my tight schedule. If you need a commission a little earlier, please discuss with me about it.
- Complexity fee: price of the additional fee depends on complexity and the amount of details. Please discuss with me about it.❥ Edits:
- 3 free edits in the sketching stage
- NO edits that make the character way more detailed (some are fine though)
- Big things such as the clothing, pose etc. will not be heavily edited (unless I made mistakes on my part) nor will those be edited after I've started coloring
- If I forgot a detail that's in your references/that you've mentioned, feel free to point it out! It won't count as an edit.❥ Progress:
- I will send a progress screenshot of the drawing after the sketch, after every edit and after base coloring.❥ Finished Art:
- I have the right to post any art I make as watermarked versions on my social media (Instagram, Twitter and Artfol), unless you tell me that you wouldn't like me to post it.
- You also have the right to post your commission on your social media as long as I'm credited!❥ Commercial Use:
- NONE of my drawings are allowed to be used for commercial use as of now! (Youtube banners, Discord icons etc. are allowed!)
- Commercial fees might be added later on.❥ Declinature:
- I have the right to decline any commission for ANY reason. Do NOT re-sell my art!❥ Patience:
- There's no precise indication of the number of working days/weeks it could take me to finish your commission. It depends on the commission size/type and my availability.
- However, I'll try my best to finish your commission as soon as I can!
- If I should not reply within a few days, please send me another message/email. It might be that I've not seen it or forgot to get back to it.❥ Disclaimer:
- By selling my commissions, I do NOT necessarily support my client's work morally
- You are NOT allowed to resell any of my artworks nor use them for NFTs/AI-generated images!
- Customized Commissions might be doable. Please ask me about those.❥ I DON'T DO:
